Entertainment purposes. Lines of Change offers a cultural and entertainment experience based on the I Ching (Book of Changes). Readings are generated by artificial intelligence and must not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions.

Delivery. Your reading is delivered by email, normally within minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, use the lookup page to resend it, or contact us.

Refunds. If we fail to deliver your reading within 24 hours of payment, you receive a full refund — just reply to your payment receipt or contact us. Because each reading is generated individually for your question, readings that have been delivered are not refundable.

Privacy. We store only your email, your question and your reading, solely to deliver the service. We never sell or share your data.
